I just refreshed my Sandbox and my FTP Attachments® does not work on my new Sandbox.

Each FTP Attachments® Account is associated with one unique Salesforce instance identified by Salesforce Org ID. When you refresh your Sandbox this Org ID in your Salesforce instance changes to a new value.

 

You need to contact us with your old Salesforce Sandbox Org ID and/or Username of your FTP Attachments® Account and the new one. Our support team will update your new Org ID in your account.

 

Once we update the Org ID, you need to follow the below process, to reflect the updated information at your end.

  • Login to your Standalone FTP Attachments® account e.g. http://yourserver/sforce/

  • Click on "Get Live Profile" and enter your Orektic credentials again.
